Community Groups

Bring your group out to Allison Woods OLC for a day of fun. 

Pick a program and bring a lunch for a picnic. 


Available programs:

  • Bats: Learn about these creatures of the night and their importance.
  • Bingo: Themed Bingo cards where you mark the answers. 
  • Birds of Prey: Meet and learn about our raptors and how they help the ecosystem. 
  • Nature Art: Make art using natural materials found all around you. 
  • Owl Pellets: Dissect an owl pellet to discover what owls eat and how they digest their food. 
  • Turtle Dogs: Meet one of our turtle dogs and learn about the Eastern Box Turtle and why they are important indicators in the ecosystem.
  • Wildlife Detective: Try to guess the animals based on their fur and some clues.


Groups programs are available at the following pricing:

$8 per Adult or Child

$5 for Senior Citizens
